Hi

I am working on a 2002 Honda C-RV the instrument panel is not working. Should I be able to scan the multiplex system with the 708 and check for codes? Do I to put the jumper wire in the fuse panel? Before I do the scan? If I put the jumper wire in I can count the flashes of the doom light flashes to get codes. Will the scan tool do this for me?
