P0140 and P2A01relate to o2 sensor problem

     hummer H3 2007 3.7L L5 5gtdn made
    i got the problem with O2 sensor it says  both codes mean B1 S2 sensor
    i did see the O2 stuck at 540mv and some times goes to 560 its steady no more voltage or bigger then 560
    i changed the sensor i mean the second sensor reset the codes it keeps comes back after a short trip 
    any help much appreciated.

      dear sir new catalytic converter is been installed it has 18000 mile on the new cat the
     ODO 105000 Mile
    any other suggestion  thanks and regards

      dear sir this engine have one bank only straight 5 cylinder 3.7L Vortic For Hummer H3
    it will show up only one bank but 2 sensors Ho2s B1S1 sensor and post catalytic sensor B1  S 2
    the bank one shows changes as in the youtube video but the O2 sensor is steadily between 540 and 560
    any thoughts?! thanks again.
