one question is your transmission slipping or giving any issue i ask cuz that will  set a tps code this one in particular i believe is transmission related let me know also check tranny fluid   make sure it has enough and not burnt  also check with the scanner tps voltage and % on both ecm and tcm  if a pcm is in  place instead then pcm readings are enough also does the engine feels restricted  or does it have power

some times when on the move it goes slow the power is slugish and the car does move very slowly even in N the RPM is same thing moving slowly
i will chick it and inform again thanks and regards.

that will set a tps code high voltage do to high throttle opening and the car isn't going anywhere  will set a tps code also affect transmission performance
do a compression test on that motor  if found to be low suspect a jump timing chain or bad cats even piston wash if it was running too rich  for any reason  or restricted intake like something blocking the air coming in the engine, also not related to compression but related to power check for spark under load if is a gas vehicle  and fuel pressure under load and anything else you can think of that may cause low power on the engine  let me know.  you will also need some type diagnostic software to follow trouble codes procedures like autodata alldata ondemand5 etc
