hi I had to delete some of car,s to make room for new update,s but i need to down load some of them again, but can,t find them on my computer, can I get them back, or can I put back on what originally came with my  machine

 hi yes, my card say,s I did not have enough room for new updates,so I deleted some cars I was not using at the time, but now I need them, but don,t seem to be able to find them ? when I go to updates it shows me a list of car,s I have installed but no option to download just uninstall, I don,t have the money at the moment to buy the new updates, so I just wanted to put back on it what it originally came with
