hi can you please tell me why my Remote Desk don`t work?

     Hi i tried to use my remote desk for the first time last night but it did not work, can you tell me why?

     No.

    But, have you started the vnc on the DS708 before your connection.
    I think it does not start with the system.

    make sure your DS708 is connected to your intranet. I mean the IP in your DS708 should be in the same section with the IP in your computer.

    I have used this feature a few times with no problem another possibility could be a
    firewall blocking this connection from happening dissable the firewall in the computer
    you are using to try to log in to your maxisys let me know

    I don't know why everybody else keep thinking you have a 708
