I can not connect to dodge 2500 5.9 cummins 96-02 it says file is corrupt. I'm a diesel tech and work on a lot of these truck. Thanks -

yes your right same error message for all diesel trucks even 03-06 problem have been reported and been fix but regardless send your datalog or complaint to support the more people doing this the better also post the vin number so support can see it -

Hello.
You can choose Quick Scan to test the whole system or select on other types of engine, such as Engine-DME Digital engine/Gear box electronic2. Then the Dodge vehicle can be scanned in this way.

Hello support. quick scan or auto scan is not available for this kind of vehicles before
2004,this are none can bus vehicles. I have sent a few complaint regarding this
issue to autel support china in the past month. this is for all ram truck with 5.9
cummings diesel engine up to 2003. file corrupt or missing is the error we are getting.the quickscan only works after 2004 thanks. -

We have had 2 chrysler update in the past 2 month and this have not been resolved.
please look into this issue it is very inportant that it gets fix soon as we are unable to
work on this vehicles now thanks again good day. -

Yes the auto scan is there now for this vehicles before 2004, your right support my
mistake.
