had software fail twice don't reflash 09 and earlyer can cars dodge has no suport
Car ends up being down for days dealer has to repair pissed customers the suport for
dodge sucks right now and idont think comlys with the j com rules any new or update
post plz

So would be better off not downloading new update?

 1999 Plymouth neon has lost its all advanced output test in version 7.0 the menu is some code with 8 sets of numbers, does tech support even know that the Chrysler output is broken???? I was backed up so I rolled  back to ver 6.7...they need to take a good look at the advanced functions in powertrain section for the earlier models...crazy thing is I think that they are aware of it and did not pull the upgrade or offer to roll back....is this one of those things where its more important to enable more features to the later models and well fix the older models when they get to it...if so then at least offer the roll back 6.7 as an option....
