how to format the sd card

my sd card is not being read by the ds708. the unit is saying the card is wrong or cant be read. how do i format the old card or try to format a new card.Tags: ds708_problems

to be save use a new card and use the PC software to install the software and car data (if you have a running update period)
Or use a new card and copy the data from the old to the new.
The new card can be formatted with the PC, if not already formatted.
I format the cards in a digital camera and put then the software on.
