 Replace ECM

    You are welcome  you will also notice the fuel gauge not working and the shifter light in many cases. You should have communication with every module in the car except the ECM and TCM  good luck. Never the less check powers and grounds to this modules  I have done 49 so far this year and more than 80 last year not kidding you it's a known issue with them but check powers and grounds just in case.   Hello sir not to go against you in anything and with all do respect but autel support China ask me if I can do this service for them. Many tools have been returned for repairs when there was nothing wrong with them at all. Not all users here are professional techs and when they run into issues like this of no communication with the vehicles they assume a bad tool and return them. That causes a lot more waste of time. Also I do this service on my own free time when I can for the time been  but reading the forum in the past 15 minutes I see what you mean. 

 Is theft light blinking? That cadi has anti-theft chip key. If you can't turn off the switch completely, the lock needs to be repaired. call a locksmith and save time.

Once you replace the ecm don't forget to rewrite the vin to the replacement ecm or vtd
will not work,then proceed with the vtd relearn 3-10
