Hi, I can't seem to re program my spare key on a landrover freelander 2, 2008. Spare key fob won't stay in the port, keeps ejecting.

At last, with latest update for landrove v4.00 and help from technical support the key programing finaly worked, it however got stuck in a software loop reporting (unknown problem programing faild) but some how it did manage to re program the spare key and program a new key as well, so now we have 3 fully working key fobs. Thanks to technical support looking in to my compaint and analysing my data log. Thanks again tec support. RESULT
