Hi Jack, check your gas cap first for a cracking/cracked seal. If in doubt, replace with a new one preferably an OEM or genuine VW gas cap if possibly. After that, in case cap is good and code persist, try replacing N-80 valve under hood. The N-80 valve and gas cap is typical for the code you're getting.
