      I keep getting an update failed message on the Maxysis Pro.

    I am connected by USB from the Maxysis Pro to the VCI unit and are powered to the VCi unit.

    However I keep getting a update failed message on the 908 Pro.

     You probably should post this in the Maxisys part of the forum. There is a thread over there about update issues which you might find helpful.

    You can update it in a second way.
    1.install the vci driver on your computer.
    2.plug just the vci unit via usb to your computer
    3.set it up with the right ip and mac adress.(manualy)
    4.start the vci maxisys icon on your computer.
    5.update the unit.

    What are you trying to update the VCI unit or just the tablet itself??
