    At muneeb im not sure if you have already find the problem,but if not I would suggest you doing a parameter reset since you said the vehicle came to the shop running.

     Did you check immobilizer antenna?  It can be weak, or in worst case completely faulty.  No antenna= no key programming....

    Did you get this car started the fact that you erased all keys means the new key maybe
    faulty read the key id if you have a key reader or get a new key that is reputable to work
    with Ford

     Edie 65 had  to step away from this All consuming Forum out of frustration of trying to get Autel to improve things and retired from posting  here any longer probably because his wife couldn't get him started anymore:-)
