I used your update for ms509 and  i lost the software inside the device. how i can get the software back.

when I plug in my device to pc the device's screen get white and nothing else

when I try to start the device without connecting it to pc it's wont work as well, I use 9v battery inside the device.

I only used your update file for ms509 on your site ( 182100480dvs )
