Trying to update my MD802. Disc is in and loaded on computer. Card is in. Account and PW created and work fine to log into my AUTEL account, but when I activate the software to update the software it asks me for a account and PW, I add it and won't take it. It just says not recognized? but it obviously does since I'm in here now under my account name. It recognizes it everywhere else! So I'm stuck! I need to update it and can't get past that login. Any Ideas?? Thanks in advance for any advice.
