MaxiDas ds708 Sd Card Issue

Hi, I recently purchased a MaxiDas ds708 from an Auction and it didn't come with the sd card. I tried register it on auteltech.com, but it's asking for the Register Password and I only can get the s/n off the back of the unit. When I turn the machine on it shows it the maxi logo screen and then shows me to put in sd card. When I put in new SD card nothing happens. What should I do at the point?? -

Well my opinion unless you bought this tool for less than 200 dollars and you know for
sure you can update it is to sell it back to the auction. It will cost more than 600 dollars
to update it, not to mention all the problems you could run into like bad
screen,cable,connector,etc. You can buy a new one for 800 to 900 dollars just about
anywhere this days with a 1 year warranty and updates. -

Also keep in mind this tool is already registered, you will need loging id and password
from previous owner. -

Yea thats what Im try to get of the person now the log in info.. You right it's not even worth it to go through all this. Ive searched around and did find it brand new for around them prices you were saying.. Thanks for the heads up.
