did you verify that it worked using your ids,also since you do a lot  of ford vehicles can you send datalogs to autel. if you can gather as much information as possible,model year and functionalities not working etc. and send them all in one big dataloged or complaint so that we can get them fixed in the least amount of softwares released. if not they will take a long time fixing all this issues one at a time. thanks.

I have noticed that some of the 2013 and 2014 vehicles make you sign in to oasis to
verify you are an authorized programmer. So since the autel doesn't take this step is
probably why itnhasnt been working. Has happened on a few with me too, had to use
the ids.

 

 Yes that is true, what I do to avoid that is in the ids setup were the dealer and
password is selected I used none dealer and no password also calibration files version
81 which was the last released in dvd I have them save within the ids. This way
whenever I don't have acsess to the internet I can still do pcm
replacement,pats,programmable module imstalation and pretty much everything else
except flashing to the latest calibration wich is not needed many times. but if I do I just

revert my settings  and go on line.

Previous version worked ok- ford 5.10 has bad PATS. It always says unsuccesfull.

  yes on some vehicles it does, there are many issues with pats and immobilizer in general with this tools. the previous version didn't have this issue but it didn't have the programmable module installation and parameter. this one is a better version but they messed up pats for some vehicles.

 If possible, for this kind of issue, we hope you can send us the datalog so that our engineers can investigate to work out sooner.
