Customer changed battery'the bcm posted crash code...used maxysis the reset the bcm and removed code.Still no crank,checked security enabler to see if keys were recognized.Both keys registered,checked 40amp fuse for starter,fuse was good.Last checked voltage at solenoid during pushbutton,voltage was good,replaced starter,she runs like a champ.Usually this crash code removal will usualy fix the crank issue,but at times its the starter.
