     Would like to know by the support, if there is any update soon, at least the problem of not erase the errors of the engine's ECU is very serious and urgent.

     would advise to file a complaint in your account (support & updates, user account, sign in)

    this does not mean they fix it prompto but at least you have put it to them in a way they cannot deny being informed as such

     I took the matter to Autel by a complaint form too.

    Today got a Citroen Berlingo and did the check. Got codes in several modules and could erase them. Only the ones in the ECU I could not clear.

    Connection my older MaxiDas, I noticed you need a 'zone' to enter for erasing these codes (ECU keeps track of history or something). This works in MaxiDas but is a function not complete in MaxiSys. Notified Autel about this as said before.

    I send one email to support and they reply me

    "Yes, engenners are aware of the problems in PSA cars, and they are working verd hard on the re-development the software in a new way to solve as much problems as they can. It`s hugh and hard work, they need several months. As far as i know, when our European distributors reported such problem in November, they already started it. Currently, it's hard to see when it can be finished. But they are really working onto it." ...

    Its very good to know they are working on this problem. We are wating for the solution the most fast they can....

     Like I said before , i have the same problem and is good to know than they are working on it.

    Please be fast. I´m very dissastisfied with psa software.

    Xsara picasso 2.0hdi and 1.8 16v cannot delete dtc code from bsi.

     There are no doubts, the PSA software was really better and faster.
