Problem with Maxisys printer software and Adobe PDF reader

     Maxisys printer software will not open because of error saying "Open Adobe PDF reader failed, please install PDF reader!" but the latest Adobe PDF reader XI is already installed, has anyone had this problem and if so how do you fix it?

      Downgrade your Adobe PDF reader, after I updated PDF reader mine was doing the same.

    I have the same problem... Autel must update the printer program...

     This problem I didn't have. The only problem that I have, sometimes, the Maxiprinter stop to work. I shutdown and open again, and it star to work.
