I believe it does, I did a 2010 Dodge Caliber key and remote.  First you need to get the skreem code and then go into the WDM module or skreem module.  From there you can erase and program keys.  I had the customer goto the dealer and the parts department gave them the code for their vehicle with proof of ownership.  The code is also on the invoice when the vehicle was purchased.  It's been a while since I did it and I don't remember the exact steps.  If you have luck, can you post the steps so other people can reference it.  Thanks
