    Hi support can you tell me why every time I auto vin a benz car it always brings upbenz sprinter?..

     Good Day,

    I apologize. Since the Sprinter is used by Mercedes Benz. It auto vins as a Mercedes Benz even though it has separate Sprinter.

    Our engineers will need to improve the auto vin.

    If you can submit a ticket complaint with vin detail and datalog the issue so our engineer can improve it.
