MD802 toyota & mitshbishi grey screen just has eur thats it

     When i used my MD802 all systems on a toyota or mitsubishi i goto the car make and selet it it just shows a grey screen with Model make etc but nothing else to click on to scan or reset SRS light ill try and upload a pic any help would be great
