Autel SD corrupted, how do i get the files on to a new card?

     The Sandisk SD that came with the device got corrupted and doesn't open on the device nor PC. I bought a new SD card but need the necessary files to boot the device up.

    I have tried calling tech supp but am never able to get past the operator to anyone.

    Need some help soon.

    Use the PC suite to install the base software, and cars if you have a valid subscription, to the new SD.
