Anyone know how to get the update file (.rar) on AL519 installed on unit? Thanks

     Downloaded update and typed it in program and connected scanner to computer but update button doesn't seem to recognize file.

    clear as a .rar file is a compressed archive format like .zip

    You need to extract it first to get the .bin files which are used for the update.
    Get 7zip (freeware) or Winrar to extract the file.
