    Can anyone please tell me what is the differences between this two tools...............

     I think it just has a faster processor better graphics card and a different Android based Operating system. Still has an integrated 32GB SSD. I think it is like comparing the aclap top with a I-3 and Windows 7 to the same laptop with an I5 and Windows 8. Do the same sh@t. Probably still can't run a browser of your own choice.

     It's is just hardware and design modifications. And the elite does not bring Ethernet port.
