Today got another Astra G (Opel) and tried service reset , again resulting in a 'no communication with module' .

Also got an Astra H in today and again, it worked splendid (press brake pedal, execute command,  ignition off, reset is done, ignition on and voila, all is OK).

With the Maxidas 708 I know that I can still do these resets, but I am on a job and out of my normal place by quite a few miles/km's so I have no access to it right now. Does anyone have a trick or an idea how to fix these resets with the MaxiSys on Opel Astra G? Maybe I can do it manually but I have the Sys and don't want to find such ways and neither wish to get the Maxidas on the job everytime (I don't always know which cars are waiting for me).

 Spun to mind indeed but already I'm off that job. Should have tried it but have more Opel around so will try with the current workplace and if it works will post it here.

Will try but it still should be possible with the diagnostic software

MaxiDas does the job (never updated that one) but still I want to do it with MaxiSys Pro since I don't want to bring the MaxiDas with me just for something like this.

 It worked and is even way faster than with diagnostic tester.

Will this also be the trick for Corsa? That one gives me trouble with the MaxiSys as well. Will try it as soon as I have one.
