Ashraf I didnt update my unit three weeks prior to the expiration period even though I had two updates that were available...I was just too scared that if I did I was loose capability . I havent had this issue with 2006-2014 rovers or jaguars. I do use a OEM system also when heavier programming is needed, Brother sorry to hear about the issues...
