Am I the only one having problems updating my sytem (MD802)? Called custumer service and spent nearly 1 1/2 hrs listening to a recording and no one answer the phone, AUTEL CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE..........Need updates on a few different vehicles, I have no problems logging in but I don't see the updates I need, any ideas? -
