Hi again support. are you aware of the benz latest release version 6.20  being defective, when is the new one being released thanks.

 thanks yes i have it. it will be great if we can get all update versions that were available back in July or august of last year, cant remember the software versions, that is the backups I lost to a very mysterious virus 2 month ago and the ones that I believe worked best although not as developed as some we have now.
