      I know what to do :) , have over 14 years experience in genuine Honda service together with bulding and tune ecu Honda engines. I know how to look Honda procedures. Autel have this same procedures , true that in Accord that works but in civic  do not work. This same is situations with AC control panel(Honda CRV ), with some u can connect with others no. Another example u can with new cars do ECU replace but in obd1 cars and obd2a/b u cant , just dont work but options for that exist. Simply its crap and iam still regret that i was get this tool.

     Do you have try t send a datalog and email to the support in order to the, see what is happening? Is better that just complaining

     have sends many datalogs and nothing happands , this firmy simply sucks. Cars cant wait till autel after few months will be put update that function will be working or should be working hahaha. Out there there is many others workshop.

     Hi pedro how are you? Sorry long time yes I speak portugues,u?
    My scanner evrytime I connect to a car and ask me for the vin number it always show me a (vin not support or fail to connect)
    I espend lots of $ and it is no use.
    Very disappointed.
