Comp doesnt recognize the hardware. (AL319)

     After installiing the CD, when i connect my AL319, the comp doesnt recognize the hardware...any sugestions?

     Coder,

    I found if you put the tool in "Update Mode" , the computer is able to find the device, and you can apply updates.

    yes, you need to get into Update Mode to do the updates.
