     I recently purchase an AUTEL MaxiDiag 801 on the understanding it would read Airbag and ABS on this car but it only reads engine codes.


    Any ideas anyone?

    The DS 708 requires a Chrysler Adapter on some older OBD2 stuff. is there one required for the MD801?

     Yes there is an adapter required which is the OBD2 adapter which is what I used. I can read engine codes, just not ABS or airbag

     Is it MD801 or MD802? If it's MD801, I am afraid it's probably a fake as this model has  been discontinued for a long time. If it's MD802, it can read Airbag and ABS.
