I just registered my Maxisys yesteday & updated the software. now all my american makes are missing, and many other makes also missing. bmw vw volvo honda etc.. I cant find a way to add them back. please help.

I Need help to restore all the makes back to my maxisys. after registering, & running the update app yesterday my maxisys is missing most of the software I use. the ones I have listed are empty when I try to open them. I tried to update again but it says it is current.Tags: maxisys

did you do a full backup before you started.
where in the world are you located.

Hi. Just delete the empty ones and re install with update. Have had that problem before and they were recovered. You can also do a factry system restore then you will get all models to install. Enjoy
