      I keep getting this message when attempting to power up 609 scanner/code reader. What do I need to do to correct this? This did not start happening until after updating.

     Hi, would you please send email to support@autel.com with more details on this issue? For example, did this message show in a particular software or all of software? Which software shows the error message?
