I think flash it cannot do it , by now. But if you need to if you need to manufacture service reset and other sort of adaptation or basic settings, I know it's possible 

  There is a communication issue between the ECM and TCM. Inspect the connections for water entry or corrosion , see if you can clean out and re-seat connectors a couple times to reestablish connection . See if there is a TSB or recall yet to address any known water entry issues.
