Tried to install codes into module and was not able to. then I found out that all replacement modules use a non 0 workshop code, How about all abs modules will accept 12345 as a workshop code. My original was 05311 and the module would not accept the original but did 12345.

As for a workshop code you can put any five digit number code its not a problem..............But, if your software code is NOT coded than you will first need to sort that out as workshop coding's will not accept till software coding is done followed by adapting the Steering Angle Sensor all this has to be done in line so that the Software Coding can be stored................And to write the software code you will first need to have your Security Login Code.........................

i have seen many of these also all 000 the only coding that seems to matter is the long coding and its calculated by adding all the numbers together (look on ross tech wiki for the solution ) -

the procedure is also different depending on what system is used mk60/70 etc.
it would help if you could give us more info.
