    VCI  no Bluetooth connection after  major update , i call support and they said to wait until next week for vci firmware update, not fair for a 2000$ dollar tool i just bought one month ago. Those updates are a really big mess.

    Please go to System Setting -> Bluetooth, close it and reopen it to have a try.
