maxi sys pro won't read abs codes, keeps saying tester isn't connected to dlc. Everything is connected properly, what am i doing wrong? 2004 gmc sierra 1500 -

Can you please send an email to support with the Vin Number and all the other information for the vehicle so they can have a look.............Did you try with any other diagnostic tool to confirm if there was no any problem with the vehicle to communicate with the ABS System...............? -

We tried another tool and it didn't read either. With further investigation we found that the customer had spliced into some wires under the dash and damaged the obd2 port. -

In that case I don't think Maxisys is to be blamed than or any other tool as well..............
