     This model doesn't show up in one of my customers Maxisys machines.  Is it on the way?  Is it already there but he is missing it somehow?

    Picasso C4

    Vin number is : vf73aahxtej781091

    Build date 10/14

    He's still in his update period and just did the big new update.

    Please get back to me as he doesn't want to lose this customer.

    This is his message

    "my autel maxysis pro does not have the citroen c4 picasso late model listed

    the blt date for the car i tried to scan was a 10/14

    vin mumber is vf73aahxtej781091


    this is a diesel hdi model and i needed to do a reset on the dpf ad blue tank level.


    if you can get back to me please asap as the customer is worried about my ability to service his car."

      mate the car is under warranty for another 2 years and unless he is going to do 80000+ miles in 3  years i wouldn't worry to much about the dpf and ad-blue.....  but i might be a fiat based car for service reset.

     That is strange because I already work in Citroen C4 Picasso.

    And I'm confirm in my tool and it show C4 PICASSO and C4 PICASSO (B78).

    Please delete Citroen and try to update again.
