autoscan on md 802 on a mercedes ml freezes at 8%

     why does md 802 freeze at 8% on a w164 mercedes ml everytime any help on this please
    or is the autel not working properly

     Hi,can you please advise Year, VIN code and Chassis number of the car? Were there any trouble codes on the car when you were auto scanning? If yes, please advise the detailed systems or ECUs and trouble codes for us to check the problem. Thanks!

     I just tried my 802 on a 2012 ML Diesel and it freezes on all diesel controller, and freezes in autoscan on the CDI-3 Controller. Once the unit freezes, neither escape nor pause work. I just start over. Freezes every time. I have cycled the key on (not engine on), but it will not unfreeze
