     I have just read from yourself that 708 does not do 2015 cars so no updates ,when I phoned to re new my subs your people said no still update it as it will have same software as 908 etc until next year when things will change as I was going to upgrade but told not to and updated in june this year

    now I read your comments I am not pleased as no updates since July 

    can someone explain what is going on then

     I am waiting to see if I have waisted my money to as I renewed  subscription in September 
    and there has not been an update since and the updates before that were mostly language updates

    Hi, sorry for keep you waiting for a while but we have been checking the update plan. 
    For DS708 update, there will be some Year 2015 new cars models available in the coming update. For example BMW new update will be released at the end of 2015 and Volvo new update at the beginning of 2016. Other vehicle software will be updated in 2016 successively. Thanks!

     We will bring this back as still no updates for 6 months you have had my money and many others when are these updates ready,  

    this is not good enough ,we have paid for nothing so far and if uk don't know whats going on then find out

    905 908 getting updates left right and centre

      I am so glad that I don't have to work on new cars under warranty and need to have to keep buying  and renewing subs to get the latest and greatest update coverage for my DS708, at a new car dealer doesn't provide enough OE scanners to go around. If  I were a customer with a new car under warranty I would be much happier if the tech all used OE equipment with Beta Tested Software.
      As a owner of a DS 708 with expired software I would actually prefer Autel held off and  made sure  they fixed everything from 1996 - 2013 with good updates , hold off , and newest car s be 2014 with  a good 3 years of Beta testing and field testing  put into any  new model software than rush something onto the scanners that will need data logs sent in left and right.LMFAO
