    My DS-708 is in FRENCH....  I bought an English version.  Selecting ENGLISH in the menu does no good.  The web browser still comes up in FRENCH.  Can you fix this?

     Hi, English ahs been activated already. Please change language setting to English; format the SD card and re-load all the software.
