    2010 1 litre with faults for accelertor pedel p2138 and p2127 has anyone every seen these faults before could the throttle body be an issue, didn't scope the acc pedel just look at it live data working ok, maybe doggy wiring

    Clear the fault codes and check on Accelerator Pedal you should have 5Volts on 2 wires (Can not remember Which Pins).......................Now start the engine and let it run on idle or, you can rev it for few min till the fault is logged again and now check again while the engine is still running check if you still have 5Volts on those 2 wires if yes than replace the Accelerator Pedal and if one of the wire is missing the 5Volt than your ECU is faulty....................

    Just an update on this got the car in for a few days I proffed out the wiring to the pedel and ecu which was perfect so been an intermittent problem I decided to check
    The multiplug onto the pedel connections looked to be a spread so I squeezed them back together cleared my codes and test drove which went sweet!.. gave the car back to the customer and told them what I had done and to try it out for a few days..they got back to me after a week saying it was fine so fingers crossed now!!..
