The latest version of GM software in DS708 is V11.01. Please go to the update to download it to have a try. I noticed you still installed V10.0

 just purchased ds708 Jan 1st 2016 and have an issue logged with Autel for not being able to get comms and run an autoscan using GM version V11.01 with a 2001 olds aurora, 99 gmc truck, it will allow autoscan with comms on my 2001 jeep laredo, response was "

Autel DS708 will not establish communications using OBD-16 connector using GM V11.10, see screenshot attached."

I replied and questioned why but have not have a response back yet, 

Sorry, we just located this problem, the current version has problem to communicate with GM cars of VPW protocol. We will release a new version in the coming days to solve it soon. So sorry for the inconvenience caused for you.

And other customers, please don't update GM software, please wait for our newly release.

 Thanks, updated to GM Version V11.20 last night and it worked on 2001 olds aurora, was able to perform autoscan without any problems, will test on more GM vehicles in weeks to come, will keep you posted.
