having trouble following process of cleaering service message for this 2010 audi a5 diesel, have tried but not sure if going through correct process in dash 17 -

There are 3 types of service reset on those models...........
1) Is Oil Reset Based.......
2) Is Mileage Based Reset..........
3) Is Time Based Reset.........
So please make sure you are doing all three of them and if still you can't reset than please do a data log file for the Instrument Cluster and send it to Support Team for testing................... -
