I have troubles with update.

     When I update the car's software, the table froze, no respond at all. I have to restart it, then when I search the cars software I only have one mark. How I can restore the data???

    I hope you can help me

    Hi, please restart the tool to check again. If there is still no other vehicle softare then you can uninstall the software and go to Update and download them again. If there is still problem, please write to support@autel.com to get quick help. Thanks!
