adquiri un scanner autel al619 el cual quiero conectar a un automovil chevrolet corsa año 2007 el cual me dice error de comunicacion hago los pasos que indican en el manual y persiste el problema.

Both of them are from Latin-America. Do you have DS708 or Maxisys with GM Brazil software for diagnosis? If not, maybe you can try to use Opel software to have test. -

I've done everything and indicated me and I still connect to the car , I see the same issue in both Subaru and Chevrolet vehicles need a solution as soon as possible , or I'll have to return the product that does not help me to solve my problems. -

For GM Brazil cars, have you tried Opel software? If it still can't work, I am sorry AL619 may not support it, the same with Subaru. Sorry.
