why I can access Mercedes G63 ?

    l have a G63 Merc 2013 and l can not access any information .it can read the serial number but no other diagnosis .

    Good day blal .
    According to your tag PRO I assume that you have the MaxiSys Pro. Please make sure that your VCI is connected.
    Try Auto Vin and Manual Selection both. You should be able to access the Vehicle.
