   Maybe the SD card somehow became corrupted. If you put the card in the card reader, are you able to view the contents on your PC?
Hopefully not a result of some early random Beta testing of court ordered disabling process of old version software deemed illegal to use in a court of law that resulted in the software disabling.
  I sometimes get a random pop up on my screen saying something like  A DCHP server could not be reached . I just click ok and can continue, but I think these things might be triing to hook up to Autel's server and when your lottery balls for your serial number come up and it connects,  you can  say Astra La Vista Baby.

  Hi, the problem should be with the System Program. Please insert the SD card to a PC and delete version.txt under Scan folder. Then put the SD card back to the tool and download the System Program again to check the result. Please DO NOT delete any vehicle software otherwise it cannot be restored if the update for this tool expired. Please try first and let me know if there is any problem. Thanks!

 Just wondering if you did what support suggested and whether or not it fixed the problem?
